Stew Meat- Lamb

Stew meat is mellow and mildly flavored. This lean meat comes cubed and is perfect for stews, curry dishes, or shepherd’s pie. Weight of packages can vary slightly- approximate weight is 12 oz per package. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed. Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase. Any online orders made without coordinating will be refunded. Shipping is unavailable for meat products. Packages range from 9-24 oz in weight, $13/lbs.
