Shoulder Roast

Shoulder roasts are great roasts full of flavor and meat. This is a perfect roast to make ahead as it reheats great due to more marbling through the meat.  Weight of packages varies between 3-5 lbs per package, vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed. Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase.
