Rack of Lamb

Rack of lamb is taken from the lamb ribs and is great for a quick roast or grill. The rack is quick to cook and easy to achieve perfectly crisp skin and tender, melt-in-the-mouth flesh.  Unlike some fattier cuts, the rack is light and delicate, so needs a light dressing to avoid overpowering the flavors of the meat. Weight of packages varies between 13-19.7 oz per package. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed. Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase.
