Shoulder Chops are full of flavor, tender and delicious! With their perfect 6-8 oz serving size, shoulder chops are simple to prepare. Shoulder chops (also called blade and arm chops) require a shorter amount of cooking time than other cuts, making them an economical and flavorful choice for quick and easy meals. Weight of packages can vary slightly- approximate weight is just over 1 pound with 2 shoulder chops per package. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase.
