Lamb Shank- hindshank

The shank is a meaty cut from the lower end of the rear lamb leg. Excellent for slow cooking, it’s great value and the bone running through the center provides a lot of the rich flavor for a meltingly tender meat that falls off the bone. Weight of packages varies between 2-2.75 lbs per package, vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase.
