Lamb Rib Chops

Rib chops are full of flavor, tender and delicious! Rib chops tend to be narrower and more marbled than loin chops, making them one of the most flavorful chops there is! These are a perfect 3- to 4-ounce serving size and simple to prepare. Season with a dry rub or marinate, then grill, broil or panfry the chops for a delicious meal. Weight of packages can vary slightly- approximate weight is around 13 oz with 4 chops per package. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase.
