Lamb Loin Chops

Loin chops are full of flavor, tender and delicious! Slightly leaner than other chops, loin chops have a perfect 3- to 4-ounce serving size and are simple to prepare. Season with a dry rub or marinate, then grill, broil or panfry the chops for a delicious meal. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed. Due to variations in size and weight, do not purchase online without coordinating with us prior to purchase. Any online orders made without coordinating will be refunded. Shipping is unavailable for meat products. Packages vary in size from 8-24 oz, $15/lbs. 4 chops per package.
