Ground Lamb

Ground lamb is mellow and mildly flavored. This lean meat offers a long list of possibilities for quick and easy weeknight dinners: meatballs, burgers and sliders, shepherd’s pie, kabobs, and meatloaf. It is also a perfect substitute for ground beef in many recipes. Weight of packages can vary slightly- approximate weight is 1 lbs per package. Vacuum sealed and USDA inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.
